Training Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager for a 5-star luxury hotel property of an international brand, in Chennai. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees, identifying training needs, and collaborating with various departments to ensure training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design and training delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in training needs assessment and curriculum development
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / PG Diploma / MBA in Human Resources, Training, Education, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus
