Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager for an international branded Service Apartment in Chennai.
The ideal candidate will have a hospitality management degree, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in marketing and sales, and at least five years of experience in a similar role at a reputable 5-star hotel. They must be capable of meeting targets and achieving organizational goals.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies.
A proven track record in revenue generation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the Chennai hospitality market are essential.
The Sales Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for the overall sales performance of the Service Apartment.
