Our client, a 60 rooms hotel property of a leading business class hotel chain, located in Kochi, Kerala, is urgently seeking a Chief Engineer.
Ideal candidate must be currently holding a similar position in any similar property for at least 3 years or a senior supervisor role for a minimum 5 years.
Must be proficient in leading the team to meet the standards laid down and achieving the desired results of the maintenance department of the hotel.
Should be knowledgeable in generating all the regular reports and maintain and achieve the budgets set by the management.
As a passionate management member, you must have a drive to exceed guest expectations in meeting their experience during their visit / stay in the hotel.
