Manager – Finance – Facility Management Company

Urgent req for the above position for a Chennai based, fast-expanding Facility Management company with 1500 employees in 57 client companies.

KRAs

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Timely compliance and payment of statutory dues and dues to employees.
• On time submission of various MIS reports as required by the management.
• To prepare and file TDS and GST return.
• Conduct Profit and cost analysis.

Desired Background of Candidate

• Age : Below 45
• Education : CA Inter or ICWA Inter / M.B.A Finance
• Work Experience : Minimum 5 years in Finance and Accounts
• Length of Service : Past 3 Jobs – Minimum 2 Years at each job
• IT Skills – Should be well versed in Excel & Word

(should be familiar with Lookup functions, Pivot Table, Sumif formula etc)

• Communication : Good command of English –  Verbal & written
• Leadership Skills : Integrity, meet timelines, solution oriented
