Our client, a beautiful resort property located in the ECR, Chennai is looking for an Executive Chef.
The ideal candidate would be a person with:
A Hotel Management graduate from an institute of repute.
Thorough knowledge in food safety, sanitation and FSSAI principles.
Excellent presentation techniques and menu knowledge.
Excellent communication skills and man-management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of the ingredients, sourcing and food cost control.
A keen sense in developing new dishes and customizing menus as required from time to time.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience at a senior level in the kitchen of a well-established organization.
