Our client, a rapidly growing Resort and Hotel Chain, is seeking a Project Manager for Hotel Construction to be based at their Head Office in Chennai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly in the hospitality sector, and will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, with over 5 years of proven project management experience in hotel or commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, is essential. Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as PMP or similar certification, is required.
