Seeking a skilled Sous Chef with expertise in South Indian, general Indian, Western, and Middle Eastern cuisines. The role offers a net monthly salary of approximately 3000 USD.

The ideal candidate would be single, young, educated at IHM, well-presented, with experience in 5-star brands, and the potential to become a future Director of Culinary.

The Chef will report to the Vietnamese Executive Chef and assist in managing culinary operations, including a 1000-pax Ball Room, 1000-pax all-day dining, 200-pax Seafood Grill, 200-pax Vietnamese beach outlet, plus In-Room Dining, leading a team of over 100 Vietnamese staff within a 200-acre resort.

Visa and accommodation are provided. The contract is for 2 years, with a 5-day work week, 18 days of annual leave, flight tickets, insurance, and bonuses as per company standards.
